Add Betty B. to Claude as a connector and book without opening the site. ChatGPT can do the same on a business workspace.

Works on every plan, including Free — where you can have one custom connector at a time.
- Open claude.ai in a browser. Connectors are added on the web; once added, they work wherever you use Claude.
- Go to Customize → Connectors.
- Press +, then choose "Add custom connector".
- Paste the address above and press Add. Ignore the advanced settings — there is nothing here to log in to.
- In a chat, press + → Connectors and switch Betty B. on.
On Team or Enterprise, an Owner adds it once under Organization settings → Connectors. Everyone else then just presses Connect.
Adding it to ChatGPT
Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces only, on ChatGPT for web. Personal Free, Plus and Pro accounts cannot add custom connectors — that is OpenAI's limit, not ours.
- An admin turns on developer mode first: Workspace Settings → Permissions & Roles → Connected Data.
- Then, in your own settings, go to Apps → Advanced Settings and switch developer mode on.
- Go to Apps → Create.
- Paste the address above as the MCP server URL, give it a name, and leave authentication off.
- Press Scan Tools, wait for it to finish, then press Create.
On a personal account there is nothing to add — but ChatGPT can still read our site and answer questions about us. Book on bettybamsterdam.nl when you are ready.
Then just ask
- “Book me a haircut with Dedaco next week.”
- “I want a fine-line tattoo on my forearm, about 10cm. What would that cost?”
- “What is the earliest piercing appointment you have?”
- “I need a gift card for a friend — what do you sell?”
What it can do
- Tell you what we do, what it costs and how long it takes.
- Find free appointment times for a haircut or a piercing, with a particular artist or with whoever is free soonest.
- Write up a proper tattoo or PMU brief from your idea, so the artist can quote it.
- Hand you a link that opens the booking form with everything already filled in.
- Show you the gift cards we sell and link you straight to the one you want.
What it will never do
- Take payment. Ever. No assistant should ask you for card details on our behalf.
- Hold or reserve a time. A slot is yours only once you confirm it yourself.
- Book anything without you. Every link ends at a button that you press.
- Upload your reference photos — those come from your phone, on the page the link opens.
- Handle a gift card code. Never paste one into a chat — enter it yourself on the last step of a booking.
A time is not held until you confirm it
Your assistant can see what is free, but it cannot put a hold on it. The slot becomes yours at the moment you press the button on the booking page — so if you leave the link sitting for a day, the time may have gone. If it has, the page tells you and shows you what else is free that week. Nothing else you filled in is lost.
