These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products offered by BettyB Amsterdam via bettybamsterdam.nl, including tattooing, piercing, permanent make-up (PMU), barber services, subscriptions, and online sales.

2. Services

BettyB Amsterdam provides professional tattoo, piercing, PMU and barber services. All services are provided by trained professionals and are subject to availability.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked online or in-store.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in partial or full charges.

4. Health & Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old for tattoos and certain piercings.
  • Tattoos/PMU on head, neck, wrists or hands are not permitted for minors (12–16) even with parental consent.
  • Piercings require parental consent and presence for clients aged 12-15, and genital or nipple piercings are restricted to adults (18+) only.
  • Valid identification is required.
  • Clients are responsible for disclosing medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy.

5. Products & Online Store

Our online store offers jewelry, piercing accessories, and care products. Product images are indicative; minor variations may occur.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments must be completed before or at the time of service or shipment.

7. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions allow recurring access to selected services.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly unless stated otherwise.
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled with a minimum of one billing period notice.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Opened or used hygiene products and jewelry cannot be returned.
  • Unused products may be returned within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer law for online orders.
  • Custom services (tattoos, PMU, piercings) are non-refundable.

9. Liability

BettyB Amsterdam is not liable for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions or from undisclosed medical conditions.

For tattoo(s), PMU and/or piercing(s), a written consent form must be completed and signed prior to the service. This consent includes confirmation of age, agreement on design (if applicable) and placement, acknowledgment of risks and aftercare instructions, and, where applicable, consent from a parent or legal guardian.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images and designs, remains the property of BettyB Amsterdam unless otherwise stated.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
